HELLO 2018
Good morning candle friends. I hope everyone had a lovely New Year! Thought I'd pop in to share something that I've been obsessed with the past few months or so.
Creating color palettes!
Its a great way to catch a glimpse of the overall look that I want to achieve and it all starts with the tiniest single drop of dye in soy wax. While I love every color color schemes I've created for Valentines Day I must say that my favorites are the ever traditional reds and pinks.
I've been in a happy valentine's day mood all morning, pouring hearts and roses and fragrances that make my home smell like a perfumery.

pig candle
It was a late night for me last night. Still playing catch-up from our vacation. For every one week of vacation it takes me three to get back on schedule.
We have one last summer camping trip planned for the end of the month. A cool three days up north in the ponderosa. I can't wait, the stars the campfire the roasted marshmallows!
If you're thinking about placing an order I suggest getting in before the 24th.
In the between time I'd like to introduce this adorable little pink piggy.

New Item! Floating Heart Candles

Valentine Day is a sneaky holiday...., there I am recovering from Christmas and BAM! February 14th is right there staring me in the face I haven't poured a single valentine candle.
But this year, oh this year I have it covered. I started pouring hearts and roses way back in November
I'm stocked and ready for all those lovers who need candles for the big day.
I've been pouring reds, pinks and whites in deliciously scented black raspberry vanilla . The studio smells amazing and even a few neighbors stopped in to ask what I've been up to.
After watching them pick through the bins I noticed they grouped several of the hearts together and decided that was how I should offer them to you guys.
So here ya go, A set of 3 hearts in the colors of the season.
Update: I received a few emails inquiring about the glass dish and where to find them. That is an old Bath and Body Works three wick candle jar that I cleaned out and removed the label. I added raspberries and some silvery picks from the floral department before filling with water and placing the candle.
and yes, these candles fit in to the tall cylindrical vases from Michael's craft store.
