What does a fall festival smell like?

What's your ideal fall fragrance?  Apples and citrus are both pretty big autumnal scents, with mix that with the headiness of late summer blooming roses and clove buds and it's like walking through your favorite fall festival, where artisans gather to sell their best preserves.  It doesn't get more fall than that!
